Great to have the plants popping, all mostly from seed. The only additions not from seed were the mandarin, blueberry, peach, lime, and apple trees. Snows peas and beans doing great, as is the baby spinach. Herbs are thriving here - mint, sage, rosemary, basil and thyme. Bring on summer when we will be looking to harvest, beetroots, cauliflower, sweet and ordinary potatoes, carrots, kale, zucchini, onions, capsicums, lettuce, cabbage and loads of chilli's. Give us some suggestions of things you would like us to grow and remember you can always create space or find/establish a community garden in your local area.

I hope you all can start growing at home, get free food, save money, stop the majors from pacakaging food in plastic. What could be more convenient free food from your backyard or balcony. Is it not as hard as you think, even if growing from seed. |
