Soak the Black bean in water overnight, then simply steam them for 15mins. They will be nice and soft. In a stir fry add red cabbage (for colour) red chilli, betal leaves (awesome flavour) and easily grown on your balcony, then add coriander, chives and more chillies. A gorgeous healthy treat that can fill any meal of the day. My preference is the early dinner meal accompanied with a vegan shiraz. sort the quantities of each ingredient based on your own preference. The stand out here is the mix of betal leaves with red hot chillies.
