Well, I'm living.
Away camping and cooking by this sparkly little fresh water creek lagoon.
Pad Thai and some fresh vite noodles came to mind so go the boiler going, dipped in for swim and out for feast. I had a few beers but remember this was delicious. A stir fry of beans, garlic, chilli, peanut oil, a tad of coconut milk, peanut butter. The once the noodles were boiled to perfection mix then into the frypan of goodies and plate up.

Never add sauce to pasta, Always add pasta to sauce.
Step 1 cook your sauce.
Tomato based, used garlic, thyme, basil and or rosemary. Salt pepper, fersh tomatoes and a balance of passata. Steamed veggies give the dish some extra substance. Here we used carrots as the main veg.
