Start by slicing and dicing garlic. then in a pan with some rixe bran oil, fry the garlic.
Bring it to a crisp as soon as it starts to golden take it off the heat and remove from the oil. Set the garlic aside. With the oil in the pan, add this to a pot and fill with some hot water, add soy and and a small drizzle of sesame oil. Bring the soy soup to a gnetle simmer and add the Chinese Broccoli. I usually add the stems first as they take longer to cook 3-4 mins, then add the leaf when soft - its done. Grab a bown plate up, drizzle some soy over the broccoli, garnish with fresh chilli and the crispy garlic. Salt and pepper as you wish. YUM!
