This can be a main on its own or a garnish to soemthing more substantial. It is so good. It will stand on its own. Mash Potato is also a great company. In a low pan or wok, on low to medium heat combined the spinach with soy sauce, sesame oil and fresh garlic. Fresh chilli can be added as a garnish as always. Add some deep fried shallots or garlic on top as a garnish for some crunch

In Summer adding shell pasta to a salad adds a little energy without the heat. Red Grapefruit adds an extra element of zestiness to the salad, and combined well with the saltiness of the fresh pesto sauce. Super complicated lol, NOT. Cut the stems, add to boiling water, then lower heat to med. wait for the stems to soften, taste test the soup, add in soy, sesame oil and garlic/ginger or either to taste. When u love the taste, the stems are softening then add the choy sum leaves. Garnish with spring onion and chilli.
Avcado's and pears paid so well, Get a nice juicy pear for the perfect texture balance. Baby Spinach, salt and pepper for salt, with some fried garlic shards and a very generous drizzling of lemon. Purely delicious. |
