Bow Tie Pasta - Delicious simple and QuickGrab some bow tie pasta, Heat the pot of hot water, add a smigde of olive oil and a dash of salt, when the water boils add the pasta. Let the heat rise til the water is boiling and then lower to just above a simmer and cook for 12-15 mins. taste test for the perfect texture you like. While thats boiling grab 1 or two handfulls of baby tomatoes, and cut them in half, in a shallow frypan, add a dash of extra virgen olive oil, 1-2 cloves f crused garlic, and a bunch of fresh basil and thyme leaves. Saute all this on med to low heat until the tomatoes soften. You could also add some fresh baby spinach here. When the pasta is done dont drain it but use tongs to move the pasta out of the water and into the pan with tomatoes. Mix it all through, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a vegan Barossa Shiraz. Enjoy. ps works well with all kinds of pasta, We love seashells, boe ties and spaghetti.
