It was so delcious we forgot to photo the innards.
simple to make in a pan add a little water tablespoon, add in cut pear apple and a fe blue berries, on slow heat wait until the fruit is soft and glazed. add a little maple syrup for sweetness and finish if u like.
Add this mixture to a small oven dish, top with granola, preheat oven 180 C and cook until the top is golden and crusty, 5-10 mins depending on your oven.
Serve with vegan ice cream or vegan yoghurt of your choice.
