I found snake beans as a new addition at our local market. Here sampled with rice and chilli to add a healthy elemenst to a chilli day. The beans have a stronger texture than normal garden beans, add complexity to this simple dish. Basmati Rice is my preference its a littl more pricey but well worth the easy in cooking and the consistent fluffy finish. If you ever struggle with the simplest of things like rice, try basmati.
