Roasted Cauliflower in the oven is a devine treat and so easy to make. 40-45 minute in the oven. You need to break it into small pieces just bigger than bite sized. For the first 30 mins its that simple. At 20 minutes out, boil some pasta, spaghetti was our choice. With 10 mins left to bake. bring the cauliflower out and add salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary and drizzle with virgin olive oil. Back in the oven for 10 minutes. 5 mins til the bake is done, check the pasta is al dente, left the pasta out of the water and let drain, add salt pepper. When the roasted cauliflower starts to golden and char, its done, pull it out cover the cauliflower with the pasta and drizzle with fresh lemon. Serve at the table from the roasting bowl. This dish can also be boosted by a side of roasted tomatoes
