Topping with Mash potato, the rich sauce contents of this lasagne made it disappear way faster than it took to cook.
Layers of fresh lasgane pasta. Between each sheet of pasta a thick cream tomato based veggie deliciousness. The herbs? Thyme, basil, oregano, black pepper, paprika, rosemary. the veggies? Carrots, peas, roasted brussel sprouts, beets, roasted red capsicum and roasted cauliflower.
It tasted way better than it looks here. Crusty topped mash and deliciously smooth pasta coated in a luscious sauce mixed with a bevvy or sauted and roasted veggies.
Oh yeh garlic too. lol.
